The Wine’s Story

This unique variety was once enjoyed by Georgian nobility, and tasting the wine reveals why kings favored it.

The name Silhouette was inspired by the Khikhvi leaves, which display multiple shades resembling silhouettes.

The grapes are hand-picked from a vineyard near a natural park, growing on special terroir with rich soil. Overripe grapes are often enjoyed by jackals and other wild animals from the park.

Khikhvi is a delicate dry wine with soft acidity and a smooth texture, revealing notes of white peach, citrus blossom, and almond, finishing with a light floral touch.
