What makes a wine special is its terroir — and what place produces better wine than Baghdati?

Wines from the Baghdati region of western Georgia, in the Imereti zone, are known for their freshness, elegance, and bright acidity. The cooler, humid climate and limestone-rich soils yield light to medium-bodied wines with vibrant fruit and floral notes.

Persati offers delicate tannins and bright red fruit flavors. The name comes from the village of Persati, where the grapes are grown.

The grapes are hand-picked and fermented with a few days of skin contact in traditional qvevri.
