The Wine’s Story

Mellow is a fabulous mix of Cabernet Sauvignon and Saperavi. This is where French and Georgian varietals come together to create something special.

The blend of these two grapes, with their different characteristics, creates a wine that is lighter and less acidic than traditional Saperavi or Cabernet. The smooth and light finish gives you a mellow feeling, hence the name.

Mellow is quite versatile for food pairings and can be enjoyed perfectly on its own

The grapes are hand-picked and fermented with skin contact in traditional qvevri.
