The Wine’s Story
Tsolikouri is the best representation of the Imeretian wine character, which is why the wine is called Imeri.
What makes Amiran’s Tsolikouri special is the terroir and the care given to the grapes. A small production volume helps keep the soil fresh and rich in minerals.
Imeri is a dry white wine with vibrant acidity and flavors of citrus, green apple, and pear, often exhibiting a distinct mineral character. it is great for both casual drinking and food pairing
The grapes are hand-picked and fermented with skin contact (a few days) in qvevri.
