The Wine’s Story
The wine is crafted by Ameran Vepkhvadze, an old-school winemaker from the Imereti region in Georgia. He is one of the pioneer natural winemakers in Georgia.
If you want to praise wine in Georgia, you would compare it to the sun. When trying this wine, you will understand what "comparison with the sun" stands for. The name "I See (Sun)" was inspired by a famous Georgian novel by Nodar Dumbadze.
Krakhuna, translates to "crispy," reflecting its characteristic bright acidity and fresh profile. It typically offers notes of green apple, pear, citrus, and white flowers,
The grapes are hand-picked and fermented with skin contact (a few days) in qvevri.
*Naturally made wine with minimal sulfites
