The Wine’s Story
Ambori, by Amiran Vepkhvadze, combines three distinct Imeretian grapes. Together, these grapes produce vibrant, well-structured, and food-friendly wines that showcase the diversity of Georgian white winemaking.
It pairs well with roasted chicken, seafood, various cheeses, and traditional Georgian dishes.
Ambori means "kiss" in Georgian, and nothing makes Amiran happier than people praising his wine.
The grapes are hand-picked and fermented with skin contact (a few days) in qvevri.
*Naturally made wine with minimal sulfites
